Terms of Service
Plain English. No surprises. Last updated June 13, 2026.
TL;DR
We publish tutorials about FastMCP. We sell a production guide. If something breaks in your setup, that's on you — test before production. Code samples are free to use. Purchases come with a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. We're not affiliated with Prefect. That's most of what you need to know.
1. Using the Site
By browsing MCP Deploy Guide, you agree to these terms. They're here to keep things clear and fair for everyone.
2. Our Content
Everything on this site — tutorials, guides, benchmarks, code snippets — is for educational purposes. We test everything we publish, but technology moves fast and every setup is different.
- We're not affiliated with or sponsored by Prefect. FastMCP is their open-source project under the MIT License.
- Code samples and commands are provided as-is. Test in your own environment before using them in production.
- Deployment patterns and code samples come from community practice and our own testing. Your infrastructure, your results.
3. Purchases & Refunds
When you buy our Production Guide, you get instant access to the PDF and Markdown files. Here's how it works:
- 30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied for any reason, email us and get a full refund. Full details here.
- One-time purchase includes lifetime access to future updates of the guide.
- You may download and keep the files for personal use. Redistribution or resale is not allowed.
4. What You Can and Can't Do
Code samples from our free tutorials — use them however you want. That's what they're for.
Our guides, articles, and paid content — these are our work. Please don't republish them elsewhere, share purchased files publicly, or resell them. If you're not sure about a use case, ask us.
5. The "It's Not Our Fault" Section
We work hard to make everything accurate and useful, but we can't guarantee it'll work perfectly in every environment. We're not liable for any issues that arise from using our content or products — including production downtime, data loss, or hardware damage. Use good judgment.
6. Updates to These Terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Major changes that affect your purchases will be communicated by email.
